I have a question about VP's and players being eliminated simultaneously. If a referendum passes that eliminates all players due to reducing their pool by a certain amount, how does the Victory Points get dished out? Only the player who played the card gets 1 VP for ousting his prey? No one else gets any VP’s?

IANPB, but I'll try answering this.
Based on the Rulebook , 9.1 Victory Points :
According to the ruling:
Based on the Rulebook , 9.1 Victory Points :
So given the ff situation:You get a victory point whenever the Methuselah who is your prey is ousted (no matter how or by whom your prey was ousted).
- Players A -> B -> C
- B is at 3 pool and C is at 1 pool
- It is A's turn
According to the ruling:
- B gets 1 VP because C was ousted.
- A gets 1 VP for ousting B.
- A gets 1 more VP for being the last Meth standing.

Correct answer from Crywolf.
Also: if you call a referendum that ousts all players (including you), everyone gets 1 VP, because your prey just got ousted. Noone gets a VP for being the Last Methuselah Standing. (making it 1-1-1-1-1 in a 5-player table).

Perfect. Thats exactly what I was needing to clarrify. The reson I asked is I ousted my prey first for 1 VP, then could have called a vote to then oust everyone including myself which would have ended the game and me with 2 VP and everyone else left with 1 VP. I didn't do it as I wanted to make sure it worked this way first. NEXT time, I will certainly play it that way for the win.
