[vic] Put this card on the acting vampire. Search your library and put a non-unique, non-location equipment card on another minion you control. Do not pay the cost to equip. The vampire with this card cannot attempt actions, block or vote. You may burn this card and the chosen equipment card during your untap phase or when the vampire with the chosen equipment leaves the controlled region.
[VIC] As above, but you may burn this card and the chosen equipment at any time.

I am a bit troubled by the text.

You may burn this card and the chosen equipment card during your untap phase or when the vampire with the chosen equipment leaves the controlled region.

So, if someone banish the minion with bauble is the card burned? - I think so, but the "May" sounds a bit optional...

It's when the vampire with the equipment goes, not the one with the Bauble. When Masika with his shiny assault rifle gets banished or torporized, you can decide to burn the bauble to get your sidekick back if you don't think yout will ever bring Masika back, or to keep it.

Let's take an example.

Horatio (vic) plays Bauble and chooses Masika, giving him an Assault Rifle.
Now, Masika gets banished by Arika. You (controller of Horatio) may burn the Bauble and the Assault Rifle right there.
If you do not burn both cards, Horatio keeps the Bauble (and since you can't burn it without burning the Assault Rifle, you can't burn it as long as Masika is not controlled).

Hum... so, if the baubled guy gets whacked/banished/burned, does the other minion still get the equipment??

Is there text burning the equipment if something happen to the baubled vampire ?

To make it clear:

Bauble is played by (and put on) vampire A.
Minion B is the other minion getting the Equipment.

You can voluntarily burn Bauble + the Equipement only if the two cards are in play:
- during your untap phase
- when minion B leaves the controlled region
- or at any time (at superior only).

If Bauble or the Equipment is burned by another mean (Callirus burning the Bauble on himself; Anarch Troublemaker burning the Equipment), the other card stays in play.

In the first case, you keep the weapon for free, yeah!
In the second case (someone burns your Equipment), vampire A stays "stuck" and isn't able to burn Bauble through its cardtext cause the Equipment is not there anymore.
