Sect of Nosferatu Bestial

Looking at Malloy's post.

If I put Nosferatu Bestial into play with an anarch, Is the Bestial an anarch?If not, is it Camarilla?Independent?

Put this card into play. This card represents a unique Nosferatu with 2 capacity and basic Animalism . The Bestial cannot act except to hunt, cannot cast votes or ballots and cannot have equipment. During your untap phase, this Bestial may employ a retainer from your hand that requires Animalism (requirements and cost apply as normal). This is not an action and cannot be blocked.

I'm also wondering if it combos with Revolutionary council.

In that Nosferatu anarch deck, I was planning to use Galaric's or a Convert on it. Once the Bestial is an anarch, it can be tapped to count one of the X anarchs for the Revolutionary Council.

This is what I was thinking but I was hoping when you took the action with ana anarch he would start as an anarch. but I guess that is not the case. If it was the case, NB would go right to the top of my "trade for" list!

The Nosferatu Bestial is a Nosferatu Vampire. His default sect is the default sect of Nosferatu, which is Camarilla (whoever the sire is).
He can be turned into an anarch (Anarch Convert, Galaric's Legacy, ...) in which case he could then be used for Revolutionary Council purpouses.

This comes from the inane and counter-intuitive standing ruling. Which is why when Angus The Unruled uses his Justicar ability to Third Tradition he spits out independent brats. It should just be the sect of the sire that determines the sect of the childer, but whatever. This, however, would not grant anarchdom to your Bestial even so, just independence. It would still have to embrace Anarchism to benefit the Council.
