Anyways - it's all about what the card reads. Some creations inherit sect (Bambas, for instance), some don't. Those who don't simply get the default.

Because let's face it : camarilla neonate going anarch or staying away from the main camarilla of their city for theirs first years is more or less an accepted state of fact in vampire. Especially for brujah, gangrel and nosferatu in that order.
