As correctly stated by other people here, if there's no explicit limit (which is the case here), then there's no limit.I think that this question is going offtopic. I don't care about stealing all the cards in the decks of the table, I was asking about the cards capacity of Maabara and the general rule.
Can anybody answer about the general rule for this situation?

the limit is the number of cards it would take to make the playing table buckle and collapse under the combined weight
if you're playing VTES on the ground, assume the entire Earth to be your table, and try not to collapse it.
