If you've got a vamp with 2 fired up Jar of Skin Eaters, can you chuck them both at other vamps in the same turn? Technically it's not a repeat action since they're different pieces of equipment. Can the same Gargoyle put blood on multiple different Jars in the same turn?

Sure, that works fine. The usual example here is putting two different Haven Uncovered-s on Arika. My copy of Gitane St Clair can rush Arika with Haven Uncovered 1, untap with Freak Drive, then rush with Haven Uncovered 2.

That is, the questioner was wrong - you can use two Havens to rush the same vampire. (Assuming they're both on the same vampire, obviously.)
Yes, by the same reasoning.
