IANFZD, but no.
First out of turn master takes away your (next) master phase, so you cannot play another one.

Even if you would have multiple MPAs or the out of turn would be a trifle, you can still never play more than one oot master between your two turns ever.

See 1.6.2.4 in the rulebook
Out-of-turn: You may play an out-of-turn master card whenever appropriate during another player's turn. Doing so counts against your next master phase (see Master Phase, sec. 5). You cannot play a second out-of-turn master card before your next master phase. You cannot play an out-of-turn master card on your own turn.

Two different Methuselahs can play M:OoT masters in the same turn (which is what happens when you Sudden your predator's DI on her predator's Parity Shift).
