Dam the Heart's River + Catatonic Fear

What happens when you play Dam the Heart's River at basic + Catatonic Fear? Does the opponent take 2 damage or 1?

Dam the Heart's River

[Quietus] Quietus
Frenzy. Only usable before range is determined. A vampire can play only one Dam the Heart's River each combat.
[qui] This combat, each strike or damaging effect made against the opposing minion inflicts +1 damage.
[QUI] As above, and this combat, strikes cost the opposing minion 1 additional blood or life, and the opposing minion can choose not to strike.

Catatonic Fear
[Combat] Combat
[Presence] Presence
[1 Blood]

 Strike: combat ends.

 As above, and inflict 1 damage to the opposing minion once combat ends if the range is close.

DtHR has no effect on the Catatonic Fear damage.

The website tends to do that to people who click "New Topic" tab from the top of the forum, particularly if looking at (e.g.) the Recent Topics list - it defaults to News and Announcements. Yes.
Target Vitals says "If this strike does any damage, it does two more". It just never checks when the damage is done.
