Is it possible to play Guardian Vigil and Eagle Sight during the same action? I think not, as they both contain text which causes the vampire playing them to block, but I'm not sure if there's any precedent for this.
Relevant cardtexts:
Guardian Vigil
Requires an anarch. More than one discipline can be used when playing this card. This anarch attempts to block.
Eagle's Sight
This reacting vampire attempts to block the current action, ignoring the normal prey, predator or target restrictions for blocking actions.

You can apply an "attempt to block" effect while already attempting to block.
Precedent: Eagle Sight, followed by Black Sunrise [LSJ 20050708]
Note that if you aren't an ordinarily eligible blocker then in the case of Guardian Vigil and Eagle's Sight, you need to play the Eagle's Sight first. Since Guardian Vigil makes you attempt to block, you must be an eligible blocker before you play it.

No. You may attempt to block while attempting to block. It is
indeed difficult to do otherwise.
