Timing of Sascha Vykos's adv. special and "Sudden Reversal"

Somebody else plays a master card.
Does the special text of Sascha Vykos adv. allow me to draw into a Sudden Reversal (or Wash) and use it against that master card?

Relevant texts:

• Advanced, Sabbat Archbishop of Washington, D.C.: If Sascha is ready, you may draw a card from your library after another Methuselah plays a master card.
• Master: out-of-turn.
  Cancel a master card played by another Methuselah as it is played (no cost is paid).

I think so, afaik. "plays a master card" equals "as it is played" so before it's resolved.

Id have thought you'd need the card in your hand in order to play it in the 'as it is played' window.

If Sascha is ready, you may draw a card from your library AFTER another Methuselah plays a master card.

'After' seems the key word here.

Meth plays the master card.
Nothing is played 'as it is played'
Master card resolves
Sacha's controller can draw a card.
