flurry of action res vs untap mods

Flurry of action resolves successfully. This untaps acting minion at sup immediately yes? (bleed success). And this happens before action resolution.

So can you play freak drive/forced march/inst.tran after that for no effect? Or are you limited from doing so on an already untapped vampire?

I think you can, it is just redundant, because there is no ancilliary 'untap to...' effect.

You can play them. Unlocking an unlocked vampire simply has no effect.
