Indeed.Most of the various cards which add blood from the blood bank to uncontrolled minions have been reworded to say "Add X blood to a Y in your uncontrolled region" (Govern the Unaligned, Enchant Kindred, Dreams of the Sphinx, Thing, etc).
However, Tend the Flock currently says
"Add 3 pool to a younger infernal vampire in your uncontrolled region."
It's the only card to use "pool" for this effect, which makes it a weird exception to this template for no apparent reason. Would it be possible to update the wording on Tend the Flock to match?
It is planned.Also, given how common the "Add X blood" effect is, a sentence or two in the rulebook explaining this seems like a sensible addition.

@thelonius: Add 3 blood from the blood bank to a younger infernal vampire in your uncontrolled region is waaay better than: Add 3 pool to a younger infernal vampire in your uncontrolled region.
