6.1.6[...]
A minion cannot perform each action via the same card in play (including from the minion's own card text) more than once each turn, even if he unlocks.
I assume that rescuing a vampire in torpor is granted by a card which is the vampire in torpor. Maybe I'm mistaken

6.1.6. Action Card (or Card in Play)
A minion can use an action card to take an action, and some cards in play will allow special actions to be taken as well.
By my logic, Diablerie or Rescue is not special action given by card in play, it is general rule, just like hunt. It's not written on the card in play (like on Haven Uncovered, e.g.).

default rescue/diab action is cardless and repeatable.
you cant play something like cloak of blood twice though.
but you could play cloak of blood, then take default diab action.
im pretty sure no vampire has a special text action for rescue or diablerie.

Requires a vampire with capacity 6 or more who can commit diablerie. Diablerize a vampire in torpor, and this vampire can get +1 level of a Discipline the victim had. In the resulting blood hunt referendum, this vampire gets +2 votes.

Correct. A vampire in torpor is not a card that grants a diablerie action, the cardless diablerie action is included in the rules and can be repeated (the vampire in torpor is merely the target).
BCP Rulebook 6.5.3 and 6.5.4 on page 24 do not prohibit repeated actions directed at torpor, ie. diablerie or rescue.1) yes
2) no, you can try to diablerize the same torpored vampire with different vampires, or you can diablerize different vampires with a single one
Those actions are not special abilities of vampires nor action cards nor cards that have inherent actions. Thus, they can be repeated.

The question has arisen on multiple occasions.
"Natural" (ie. not provided by card or ability) Diablerie, Rescue and Leave torpor are repeatable. It can not be included in cards rulings as such, though.
Could it be included in the rulebook or in the General Rulings on the VEKN site ?
Kind regards,
