file Sabbat Priest - how much of blood?

Hello.
My name is Cypis, and I was just introduced to VTES....well, I know about the game for many many years now, and it was latest local tournament that pushed me ;-)

Anyway:

is there any general rule about resolution of multiples of the same effect?

To be precise:

Sabbat Priest
Cardtype: Political Action
Requires a ready Sabbat vampire.
Choose a ready Sabbat vampire. Successful referendum means that for the remainder of the game, any vampire attempting to block the chosen vampire burns 1 blood.

This is most recent card text.
As far as I understand, it is possible to got the same vampire to become sabbat priest several times, adding virtual "any vampire attempting to block the chosen vampire burns 1 blood" many times to their card - am I right ?

If so - does blocking vampire burns 1 blood (satisfying the logical / semiotic requirement), OR does it make them burn 1 blood for each virtual "any vampire attempting to block the chosen vampire burns 1 blood" ?

If the latter - where is it stated in general rules?

Correct.

One per copy.

If the latter - where is it stated in general rules?

By default, you can apply the cardtext of each card individually.

Thank you, venerable Ankha.

May I humbly ask for the source of this ruling of applying each cardtext individually?

Also - this particular card causes
" for the remainder of the game, any vampire attempting to block the chosen vampire burns 1 blood "
card(s) themselves are long gone in ash pile, and not attached to the vampire.

So it ads virtual text to vampire card, I think ?
Is there any general rule how to resolve it?

It creates an effect that lasts for the remainder of the game. It requires memorizing it, or writing it down somewhere if you can't memorize it.
