Vamp A and vamp B are in combat. B has 10 blood.
Vamp A strikes with 2 agg damage, B does not prevent it, and play basic Undying Tenacity.
How much blood counters does B lose?
Next round, vamp A strikes with 2 agg again, and B no prevents.
Is the vamp B now burned since B is already wounded?
If not, how much blood counters does B lose?

The damage is resolved as normal. Only after resolving the damage Undying Tneacity at for can be played, since before that point, the vampire would not be going to torpor.
So during the first round, the vampire becomes wounded from the first aggravated damage and burns 1 blood to prevent destruction for the second one. Then undying is played, preventing the vampire from going to torpor. Undying Tenacity specifies the vampire is still wounded. Therefore in any subsequent round in which the vampire takes aggravated damage, the vampire must burn 1 blood for each point of aggravated damage to prevent destruction. Only when the vampire can't, it burns.

For each point of aggravated damage that is successfully inflicted on a wounded vampire, he must burn a blood to prevent his destruction. If he doesn't have enough blood, he is burned.
