Hi! I have exactly the same question, but with torvus:

Name: Torvus Bloodbeard
[Anarchs:U2]
Cardtype: Vampire
Clan: Gangrel
Group: 3
Capacity: 9
Discipline: pot ANI FOR OBF PRO
Independent: During any Methuselah's minion phase, you may burn the Edge to unlock Torvus. +1 strength.

so I can use his special only once per turn?
