Charming Lobby and Delaying Tactics was created by lip
I'm exhuming old rulings on Charming Lobby, a question occurred to me:
I'm playing Charming Lobby to call the referendum of a Kine Resources Contested I have in hand, it's not blocked. Delaying Tactics is played to cancel the referendum.
From [LSJ 20030426] I know I put the Kine Resources Contested card back into my hand. But what action is now forbidden for my other minions ?
[LSJ 20090113] talks about it a bit, but focuses on the acting minion (who just can't take another political action at all, since he already has).

Charming Lobby
This vampire calls a referendum listed on a political action card in your hand (play that card) or allowed by an effect in play. If the referendum passes, then the next referendum called by any vampire thereafter passes automatically.
As above, and this vampire gains 2 votes in that first referendum.
