Rulebook: Draw crypt

Pointed out by a new player on this reddit post , the new rulebook is not very clear on how you draw from the crypt, it just says:

Spend 4 transfers and burn 1 pool to move a vampire from your crypt to your uncontrolled region.

I'd propose to reword to:
"Spend 4 transfers and burn 1 pool to move the vampire on top of your crypt to your uncontrolled region."
or:
"Spend 4 transfers and burn 1 pool to draw the top card of your crypt and put it in your uncontrolled region."
