Yes.i.e. can she hunt with Loki's Gift?
No.I fetch Gunther via Chain of Command, so he has a mandatory bleed action.

The action is provided by Lunatic Eruption. This specific action is mandatory. (and there's no such thing as a cardless enter combat action, except for Red List).I play Lunatic Eruption on my own Jimmy Dunn, so entering combat with my prey as a D action is mandatory.
