Triole's Revenge Q was created by garou66
Hello,
this is my first post, so please forgive me if this has been asked before.
I have a couple of questions regarding Triole's Revenge card:

1) "A Ventrue suffering T.R. must hunt each turn": does it mean that if the Ventrue finds a way to unlock during the same turn, they can perform an action other than hunting?

2)"Any Ventrue can take an action to burn this card": Is this action Directed or undirected?

Thank You.

Always put card text when ask question.

Triole's Revenge
+1 stealth action.

Ⓓ Put this card on a Ventrue who is not at full capacity. A Ventrue suffering Triole's Revenge must hunt once each minion phase as his or her first action. If the Ventrue hunts while at full capacity, he or she is burned. Any Ventrue can take an action to burn this card.

1) TR say how Ventrue must hunt 1st action,so if unlock not need to hunt again.

2) undirected with 0 stealt.

Hello,

in my opinion, the answer to question 2) is: "It depends". :-)

Minion cards, by default, are controlled by the player of the minion they are on.
So, "Triole's Revenge" is controlled by the player of the affected Ventrue.

If that player has any of his or her Ventrue vampires attempt the action to remove "Triole's Revenge", it is an undirected action (as you cannot take directed actions targeted at yourself).

If another player (a "cross-table buddy") happens to also control a Ventrue, he or she is also allowed to take the action to burn that card. In that case, it is a directed action (as it targets a card controlled by another player).

Please see www.vekn.net/rulebook#who-may-attempt-to-block for the rules describing directed and undirected actions.

Best regards

Hardy
