A player dies and a couple of turns later this player informs the judge that they died due to an illegal play (for example, a Deflection played by a vampire who doesn't have Dominate). How should the judge act?

If the player was ousted a couple of turns ago, it's impossible to rollback. The judge can issue penalties (based on the specifics of that game), but the game should proceed normally anyway.
