Would an acting minion be able to unlock using The British Museum, London, after a successful action to place a Bloodstone on a minion controlled by another Methuselah?
I’m assuming it’s still a successful equip action and thus eligible for the unlock. I was asked the question by a player who was unclear about the interaction since the Bloodstone isn’t placed on the acting minion, and the card text doesn’t explicitly say that the +1 stealth directed action is an equip action.

Not sure, but per the previous graveyard bloodstone & filchware equip interaction being directed at +1 stealth per LSJ, I'm assuming yes. Gotta see what Ankha says.
