Questions about changing votes

When two cards change votes of one vampire, I assume the last one is the one taken in account

Vampire X Votes No (o abstain. In that case he will abstain, but if he votes will vote as vampire B dictates)
Vampire A (acting) plays Kindred Manipulation on X to force YES
Vampire B plays [DOM] Kindred Coercion on X to Force NO

Vote from X will be NO because Kindred Coercion?

Or vampire X can't cast votes as he can't fulfil both requisites from Vampires A and B?
In this case, what if cards were played after he has cast votes?

Also, if I understand correctly, when you change votes from a vampire that has already cast his votes, you can only go from YES to NO and vice versa. But no make him abstain (unless the card rules it)

Also, Can you change the votes of a vampire from YES to YES only for cycling the card?
