Yet another Mata Hari question

We all know Mata Hari but here she is:

Independent. 2 votes (titled): You and Mata Hari can play cards requiring a sect and/or clan as if she were of that required sect and/or clan. Red List.

And now as I remember she couldn't play anarch cards, but since anarch are sect did it changed and now she have access to all anarch cards?

Yes, she can play cards requiring the sect "Anarch".
