Anarch tri-discipline "More that one Discipline may be used to play this card"

Can I get an official ruling on whether Anarch tri-discipline cards that say "More that one Discipline may be used to play this card" allow you to use ALL THE ABILITIES AT THE SAME TIME (assuming you are Anarch with the right disciplines) or to just choose ONE of the available options?

For example, does The Platinum Protocol allow a D bleed at +1 stealth AND +1 bleed AND and put a corruption counter, all at the same time?
