Hello,

Can I use Hag’s Wrinkles after successfully fetching an equipment with Summon History?

Generally speaking, is Summon History, when used to summon an equipment with it, considered an equipment action?

No, it doesnt equip the card but instead puts the card into play (i.e. card text)
