Revealing the card by Veil is not optional, so there is nothing to *ask* about it related to game rules: it reveal must be done before game moves forward.
Or the nature of the question is about personal boundaries i.e. you want to perform manipulation with your cards yourself instead of people drawing for you?

A judge should not directly act with the playspace unless warranted. Usually this is for large rewinds, reading cards, etc. Simply directing a player to reveal the card is better.
That being said, if the judge feels the player is consistently missing the reveal and the reminders are slowing the game (bordering on stalling), I could imagine a scenario where the judge simply reveals the card. I would prefer adding time to compensate.
I have a real disdain for any judge touching cards in the game since I was ousted in the finals of the US Championship on the turn after the judge touched my predator's Anarch Troublemaker. Said Troublemaker was used for the lunge.
