This card said, in this combat in a given round any additional damage inflict successfully is prevented. If I used this effect in this card in the first round of a combat and the oppossit minion pres to continue the combat. In the second round the effect of Flesh of Marble still valid?
Remember: In the first round I used this card to prevent the additional damege!

Each round you will take one damage and prevent all other damage, note that if this lone damage was aggravated you still go to torpor

The card works the whole combat, preventing all but one damage each round.
