file Bouncing and Eagle's sight

So this happened on one of our playgroup's games the other day:

Player 1 is bleeding Player 2.
Player 2 then denies blocking and bounces the bleed to Player 3.
Player 3 bounces the bleed to Player 4 and that would oust Player 4 since he has no unlocks and few pool left. Player 2 then decides to use Eagle's Sight on Advanced to go back to blocking the bleed. Is this valid?

Yes.

... Once a Methuselah decides not to make any further attempts to block, that decision is final.

If the target of the action is changed (e.g. a bleed action is redirected), this will reopen block attempts, following the normal rules. ...
