The Sleeping Mind
Only usable when the action is announced.
Choose a locked vampire. He or she cannot attempt to block this action.
Minions cannot unlock during this action.
Change of Target
Only usable if this minion is blocked, before block resolution.
Unlock this minion, and the action ends (unsuccessfully). This minion cannot perform the same action again this turn.
Someone annouces a action and play The Sleeping Mind to prevent unlocks, but a unexpectate wake effect was played some stealth and intercept played and the action was blocked, a change of target can be played to end the action and avoid combat, or the fact that it have a unlock means that it can't be played at all?
thanks in advance

Change of Target cannot be played since it would unlock the acting minion, which is forbidden by The Sleeping Mind.Someone annouces a action and play The Sleeping Mind to prevent unlocks, but a unexpectate wake effect was played some stealth and intercept played and the action was blocked, a change of target can be played to end the action and avoid combat, or the fact that it have a unlock means that it can't be played at all?
