Clan Loyalty + Mata Hari/Vidal Jarbeaux was created by Nac
Hi
Does Clan Loyalty works with Mata Hari/VIdal Jarbeaux? and in a broader term: what does a requirement means?
Rulebook says: "Some cards will have other requirements (such as capacity or title) stated in the card text" and I remember reading that Vidal Jarbeaux can use requirement as younger and older as part of his ability but I ask anyways.

Clan Loyalty
Only usable when this vampire is successfully blocked by a vampire of the same clan (play before combat).
Cancel the block and combat. The action continues as normal, and no vampires of that clan may block the acting vampire for the remainder of the turn.
Mata Hari
Independent. 2 votes (titled): You and Mata Hari can play cards requiring a sect and/or clan as if she were of that required sect and/or clan. Red List.
Vidal Jarbeaux
Camarilla: Vidal can meet the clan, sect, or non-infernal vampire trait (e.g., Black Hand) requirement to play any card. He can meet a given requirement only once each game. +1 bleed.

Yes. As in if Mata Hari is blocked by ravnos, they can play Clan loyalty (cardtext). For Vidal it's toreador.
There's no need to have broader terms on what requirements are as rulebook lists quite clearly what they are when it comes to playing cards. www.vekn.net/rulebook#requirements-for-playing-cards
As there is no clan requirement for playing Clan Loyalty, Mata Hari and Vidal play them as they are. They do not somehow suddenly become Nosferatu to bypass blocking Molly. Now if you wanted to prepare for some fisting action with Molly beforehand as they might prevent your powerful Kindred Intelligence action, they could have enabled you to play Storm sewers because unlike Clan Loyalty, it has a requirement. Same for Kindred Intelligence, which Mata Hari can attempt but Vidal cannot if they already met Nosferatu requirement to play Storm Sewers.

Each library card has symbols on the attribute bar (the marble stripe on the left side) for the card type (except for master cards), the clan, or Discipline (if any) required to play the card, and the cost (if any) of playing that card.
Some cards will have other requirements (such as capacity or title) stated in the card text. Only a minion who meets the requirements given on a minion card can play it, whereas only a Methuselah who controls a ready minion who meets the requirements of a master card can play it.
