Given that:
Previous rulings would be you do not pay for a concealed magnum but you pay for an Obedient Flesh, but it is hard to reconcile with the new card text and the latest Tshwane/Shard rulings on played cards costs.

- A plays Wave of Lethargy, B plays Obedient Flesh, does B pay one more?
- A plays Wave of Lethargy, B plays Concealed Weapon + .44 Magnum, does B pay one more?
Given that:
- Optional maneuvers/presses still count for Wave of Lethargy [LSJ 20060725]
- But cards that provide press/maneuver "by themselves" (eg. Trap) do not [LSJ 20060727]
- A card played "not in the normal fashion" is still played, aka. The Shard / Antonio ruling
