Negative votes? was created by DavidR
Someone very nasty do a Condenation: Mute on a poor Primogen, is now the primogen with -2 votes? Or just 0 votes and need more action modifiers or reaction to overcome the penalty imposed by C:M?

Or can i be a vengeful primogen and vote -2 for the Reckless agitation called by my infernalist rival? ;)

Name: Condemnation: Mute
[KMW:R, POD:DTC]
Cardtype: Action
Discipline: Daimoinon/Chimerstry
+1 stealth action. Condemnation.
[chi] (D) Lock a younger vampire.
[dai] Requires an infernal vampire. (D) Put this card on a ready vampire. The attached vampire gets -3 votes. Burn all other condemnation cards on this minion.
[DAI] As [dai] above, and the attached vampire burns 1 blood after a referendum passes.

Haha, good trick with negative voting :D

Seriously though, I think you just can't cast votes if you have 0 or less, and to overcome the current -2 votes, you have to gain at least 3 votes (to effectively have 1).

You can have negative values in VTES, like -1 intercept that some cards can give to some minions.

the primogen won't cast any votes and in order to cast any they need a push vote to give them 3 or more votes to get to 1 or more votes
