What is the timing of a queued combat?

So from the rules posted, Queued combat happens after the action.
But can i ask a follow up question to this Ankha?
If the action was eventually blocked and combat resulted, can the opposing minion still play a psyche to have a new combat if there is already a queued combat due to a card effect like hedonism?

I looked it up further and there was a ruling where psyche cant be played if there is already a combat queued. I just need to confirm if this is true, thank you.
