Shouldn't have "Nosferatu Hosting" the card text included: "Put this card in play"?

in the RPG Nosferatu hostings are big reunions where the nosfies trade stories and information, keep the master phase action stuff and and add a lock this card to give a ready nosferatu +1 intercept
