Hello,
I would like to ask how the interaction between those two cards works.
Let's put an example:
I have a vampire A with POT and OBF with 5 Orun on him. And a vampire B with POT and 2 Orun on him.
Vampire B declares a bleed action with Brutal Influence (inferior) and as requires locks his 2 Orun for a +2 bleed as the action is announced.
Vampire A plays Mask of a Thousand Faces at inferior as a modifier. What happens next?
1. Unlock vampire A. Unlock Oruns on him also?
2. Loack vampire B. Lock 2 Oruns on him also? Can player controlling them tap additional Oruns on Vampire B to increase the original bleed beyond the initial +2?
3. Any other consideration?
Thanks
BRUTAL INFLUENCE
pot-Bleed at +1 bleed. When the action is announced, this vampire may lock X Orun on him or her to get an additional +X bleed.
POT-+1 stealth action. Lock X Orun on this vampire to move X blood from the bank to a younger Laibon in your uncontrolled region.
MASK OF A THOUSAND FACES
Only usable by a ready, unlocked vampire other than the acting minion who is capable of performing the action. Not usable if any action modifiers or other effects have been used that could not have been used if this vampire were the acting vampire.
obf-Unlock the acting minion and lock this vampire instead. The action continues with this vampire as the acting minion.
OBF- As above, with +1 stealth.

Unlock Vampire B, the Orun´s stay locked as there isn't anything that unlocks them, lock Vampire A, which continues the bleed action at +3 bleed (+1 from BI and +2 from the Orun´s locked). No further Orun´s can be locked to increase the bleed using the effect of Brutal Influence for two reasons, first - only "this vampire" which is the one that played Brutal Influence can make use of the effect, and second - it is a "when announced" effect for which the timing window has closed at the time of playing Mask of a Thousand Faces.
