Is Herald of Topheth able to play Unleash Hell's Fury?
I guess the answer is "yes", and maybe this is obvious, but I would still like confirmation for this specific case.
My interpretation:
The Unleash Hell's Fury requires discipline, which triggers "as a vampire" treatment, and since Herald is infernal, it meets all the requirements.
General Rulings, Allies:
An ally that plays a card "as a vampire" is treated "as a vampire" for all puposes of the resolution of the play of that card including any continuing effects, but not for effects the card generates for being in play.
Cards text:
Herald of Topheth
Demon with 5 life. 3 strength, 1 bleed, flight [FLIGHT]. Infernal.
Herald of Topheth can play cards requiring basic Daimoinon [Daimoinon], basic Potence [Potence] and/or basic Presence [Presence] as a vampire with capacity 5. It can enter combat with a minion as a Ⓓ action. If it has 4 or fewer life during your unlock phase, it gains 1 life.
Unleash Hell's Fury
+1 stealth action. Requires an infernal vampire. Unique.
[Daimoinon] Put this card in play. This card can attempt to block an action directed at you (or a card you control) and is considered a 9-capacity infernal vampire with +2 intercept during that attempt; if successful, the acting minion takes 1 unpreventable environmental aggravated damage and this card is burned.
[Superior Daimoinon] As above, and unlock this vampire.
