By rule, only minions of the target matuselah can try to block a action or, in the case of a indirect action, prey's and predator's minions, Aneke, falcon and eagle sight being the exceptions more commons
When someone declare a action, on announcr he can play a
seduction on a not eligeble blocker? Like Monçada or another minion from the acting minion matuselah?

Seduction can be played on the superior dominant and target " any vampire."
Only Vapire, which is an ineligible blocker, is one not in the ready region.
"Targeting of Cards
If a card is played on another card, or targets another card, the target card must be in play (that is, controlled). Vampires in the torpor region are eligible targets by default, but vampires in the uncontrolled region and contested cards are not."

That is incorrect. From the rulebook:
Who May Attempt to Block
'If the action targets one or more other Methuselahs or things controlled by other Methuselahs, then the action is called directed, and only the Methuselahs who are targeted may use their ready unlocked minions to at- tempt to block the action. If more than one Methuselah has been targeted by the action, block attempts are made in a clockwise order.
If the action is not directed at another Methuselah or at something controlled by another Methuselah, then the action is called undirected and can be blocked by the acting Methuselah’s prey or predator, with the prey getting the first opportunity to block.'
...
You cannot block your own actions, and you can't perform illegal actions.

Maybe the "any" on superior means only "same age, younger or older" and can be plyed only on target matuselah minions on directed actions and prey's or predador's minions on undirected actions (make more sense) because "any" translated to portuguese can mean any vampire on the table and may cause some confusion

That's cool, but Seduction doesn't need to be played on a vampire who "may attempt to block" - there's no such restriction, neither in rulebook nor card text. IMO, you can play it on your own vamps, e.g. to cycle cards. Just like you can play Anachronism on Enkidu, who already cannot use or have equipment.
