Not reliably, no, since the user isn't forced to put in a country when they register.

There are 121 users with no text at all in their "location".

You can find the 21 players that claim a location of France by following these steps:

1) Click this link:
www.vekn.net/index.php/component/comprofiler/userslist

2) Click on Search Users at the top right.

3) In the Location drop down box, choose Contains Phrase.

4) Type in the country name, and then click on Find Users.

These are the counts for countries that appear on the Prince list.

Columbia 0 - but there is a prince listed, who evidently didn't use that in his forum signup

Well why not strongly encourage those you know from your/a country to speak up and include their country on their profile.
