It seems remaining some troubles.
I updated the ARDB and obtained this:

Abiku
Clan: Osebo (group 4)
Capacity: 6
Disciplines: "AU "PO "ce "ob
Laibon: Abiku gets +1 stealth when hunting.

Rarity: EK:U

Anna Dictatrix11 Suljic
Clan: Imbued (group 4)
Capacity: 6
Powers (Disciplines): mar red vis
Anna may move 2 blood from the blood bank to any vampire as a +1 stealth action. During your untap phase, you may look at the top three cards of your library.

Rarity: NoR:U

Anarch Convert
Clan: Caitiff (group 0)
Capacity: 1
Powers (Disciplines):
Independent. Anarch: When the convert enters play, you may remove him from the game to make a non-titled vampire you control anarch and either gain 1 pool or draw a card from your crypt.

Rarity: TR:U

Renewed vigor: a carriage return (whatever) is missing before the superior level [OBE]
Same thing with Ablative Skin, Ailing Spirit, Bauble, Chain of Command, Charming Lobby, Clio's Kiss, Concordance, Condemn the Sins of the Father, Descent into Darkness, Ex Nihilo, Frozen Object, Grasp the Ghostly, Greater Curse, Lifeless Tongues, Lord of Serenity, Masochism, Mind of a Killer, Muricia's Call, Pandora's Whisper, Persistent Echo, Pressing Flesh, Regeneration, Resilient Mind, Resurrection, Retain the Quick Blood, Seeds of Corruption, Soul Painting, Undue Influence and Unleash Hell's Fury.
Any idea whhy?

Death of the Drum: there are ':' after each discipline that should be removed.
Discern: there's a space missing between "[REACTION]" and "+1 intercept"
