Sticky posts...

Is there a way to make a post stick to the top of a subforum?

I would like to see the continental championship announcement threads show up at the top of the forum until those events take place. (And then be un-stuck to decay as normal.)

I'd also like to see the 'how to get the best results from the deck clinic forum' post stuck at the top.
