Is there a way that there could be a forum category for VTES utilities? I've had trouble finding ARDB (and then it doesn't work...), plus other useful links could be thrown up there. Maybe it could just be called links to make it a bit more open.

There you will find a "Utilities" section, right below "International Forums".
