So I am coming in to this about 6 months late, but....
...thanks for the shout-out Librarian, yes I do run Ubuntu at home.
(and yes, it's a type of linux)
However, I just recently got an android phone (also a type of linux, kind of).
I just found VampiDroid in the android market, which apparently has all the card texts. So I've grabbed that.
I'm still keen to see an ePub of the rulebook though, did that ever get done?
(and/or all the rulings, too.)
cheers,
Salem

I'm working on trying to make something usable (something like what Juggernaut1981 mentioned). I don't know if it should be a file or an app.

Thanks Pascal. I would love to be able to create these sorts of things but I'm fairly coding-inept...

I'd make it an epub if you could (or whatever the generally accepted drm-free open standard ebook format is these days). much greater portability, and I can't imagine what features you would need for an app that you couldn't get out of an ebook.
