Ok, I guess I read to fast. Hence the surprise.
May also be a cultural thingy : in France, when you say "I don't have the cash for you." it means more or less " I don't have the cash right now but I'll save money and try later."
I don't usually check ebay, I don't know even know if it's still a reference for prices like it used to be. Last time i went on ebay, I witnessed worn, smelly pairs of female slippers going for hundred bucks and got out of there as fast as I could. (which is easy since I have a trackball, so it's just flipping a finger really. Yes there may be double entendre.)
So it's the kind of old booster box who is worth something as a prize to attract new players, who always think what was made before was great. Even if reality is less pleasant. Opening a booster and finding your first Arika can be a thrilling experience (but most of the time you get a Nakova instead). But even the collector value would be quite low since most collector already completed sets that were in stores 15 years ago...
Anyway I'm glad to hear that you are perfectly sane. Kudos to you, it's not easy to stay mentally healthy in this cruel world.

Well I'm located near Seattle Washington.
And I have been checking Ebay off and on concerning pricing on the boxes, but I wanted to ask the community directly.
Also what is the "NAC"?
Cheers

If you wait long enough, even Jackals can turn into solid gold
