I'm certainly not advocating anyone replacing him or anything, just trying to comment how such instance might be handled.

Not really sure if NC has ever been removed in this manner. Or even if it has been attempted...

His problem with me is a purely personal matter.

He thought that nothing would happen after this.

We even gave space on the main event for him to continue his auction.

But anyways, it was a warning. Just that. The issue was on a non-official list, and the other members requested his removal.

Yea, it looks to me as though Pascek has things organized, under control, and is handling things more nicely than hes technically obligated to. So, from an observational standpoint, i dont see any traction for arguments against stuff here.
