Don't know if this has already been mentioned, but a coworker pointed out that there are boxes on clearance for Nights of Reckoning, Sword of Caine, and Twilight Rebellion on this site:

Interesting. I would really like a few boxes to arrange drafts locally. Can sealed products legally be shipped to Europe / Norway? I know mtg puts some restrictions on such transactions for example.

I found out about Dave and Adams Card World last year. They had a lot more VTES for sale at very low prices. They were selling boxes of Third Edition Starters (8 decks per box) for only US$21.50 each.

Black Hand, Ebony Kingdom, Nights of Reckoning and Sword of Caine displays can all be found from Europe and at mere 50 euros each.
