Because 2.70 export have a bug with cards with apostrophes. Now problem was fixed.

In 2.72 try add some cards from R to Z, export, reset inventory and import to see if works.

If not work please send me your exported file to me take a look search for the problem.

unfortunately (? ), I can confirm that exporting from 2.72 into a new 2.72 does work, with cards starting with letters R and above.

"Unfortunately", because, if I understand you correctly, there is nothing I can do, as the error was in the old version... meaning I would need to fix the missing entries manually, correct?

I sent the file - a bief look into it shows that the export I did from FELD 2.70 is simply is cut off in the middle of the "Regenerative Blood" entry.
This is reproducable when I do new attempts to export.

However, I foudn a workaround:
When I export the Library separately, the export is complete.
Thus, I could solve my issue, and transfer all my data to the new version.

Is it possible to add the new option to the Filter? Something like this "Show only cards in Inventory" or "Show what I have". It can be placed in "Advanced".

The point is that I can search only the cards I physically have. When I make the deck this would make things easier.
