Sutekh 2.0.0 released

On behalf of the Sutekh development team, I'm happy to announce the release of Sutekh 2.0.0, the first release of the new Sutekh 2.0 stable series.

Sutekh 2.0.0 is the first stable release of the python 3 and Gtk 3 rework.

Notable new features:
* Rewritten to use Python 3 and GtK 3.
* Supports vampires that occur in multiple groups, like Theo Bell.
* Reworked windows installer.
* MacOS support.
* Switch to using codex-of-the-damned.org/ to provide links to card info in exported card sets.
* Add a pane with log messages, to unify access to log messages on all platforms.
* Add support for exporting decks to Tabletop Simulator (requires the VtES deck construction addon).
* Undo/Redo/Search options added to card set description and annotation text entry boxes.
