I am not familiar with TradeCardsOnline. However I have added the option to save cards by expansion set and output it in that way. The new inventory for 3.1.2Beta which I am currently working on and has been distrubuted to beta testers has many improvements including sort functions for want/have and cards by set. If you can give me link to the site, or even a link to the xml format they use I can give you a definite maybe.
Right now I am in the process of working on full unicode support.
Which is no easy task as I am looking to upgrade to sqlite v 3+.
In less tech jargon, this means people can write and save deck comments and notes in foreign language text.
Please PM with as much info you have on TradeCardsOnline

In this page you can see the correct format this site accept.
www.tradecardsonline.com/im/showHelp/code/uploadItems/title_id/222#format
Sample:
SET TAB NAME QTD TAB LANGUAGE
Twilight Rebellion Anonymous Freight 1 English
Jyhad Arson 4 English
Sabbat Arson 1 English
The Camarilla Edition Arson 3 English
Ancient Hearts Atonement 1 English
I hope see this output option in next release.
Thanks for support.

I will definitely look at supporting this as the output is simple enough.
