Codex Update

The Codex website has been updated:

• Open any TWDA deck directly in VDB (Thanks Smeea!)
• Filter TWDA decks for tournaments with more than 25 participants only
• Click on a card set to get the card image scan for this set (thanks VTES.pl!)
• Copying a ruling now gets you the text with the link to the RD post
• Better URL management: sharing or reloading any page URL gets you the exact same view
• Better display on all devices, multiple display glitches fixed.

Im getting some irregular behavior when clicking on the different sets to get the relevant card image, a couple of examples

ex1 Govern the Unaligned i get the latest image (Fifth Edition) when searching for the card but then when clicking between the sets it works with the exception of when clicking on the Fifth Edition which doesn't result in the right image it actually does nothing.

ex2. First Tradition: The Masquerade clicking on the set Vampire: The Eternal Struggle nothing happens (FYI vtes.pl do have the image)

ex3 Heartblood of the Clan when searching for it i get the latest image from Print on Demand but switching between the sets work but clicking on the set Print on Demand doesn't result in the right image it and does nothing.

about ex1 & 3 - all the images are not available. In particular, Fifth edition, PoD and PDF extension images are not there because VTES.pl doesn't have them (yet?) and BCP didn't provide me with image files for them. Note that you can always return to the "default" image (the one you get when searching) by clicking on the image itself. But that image is the "web" version, generated for FELD and Lackey - it has the latest card text and expansion symbol, but is not an accurate image nor a scan of that expansion.

About ex2, thank for pointing it out - it's probably a bug from parsing the card name, I'll look into it.

EDIT: After investigation, the image is not listed as part of the expansion on the VTES.pl side (on the expansion card list page), hence its absence. I hope there are not too much images missing like this one - right now I don't have an obvious fix for that.

I changed the display a bit to make it clear when the image is available or not.

The Codex has been updated

It has a new and upgraded archetypes section , including new BCP-only archetypes for players who want to play with new prints only.

It also includes a revised classification of the tournament archetypes, with a clear (and, of course, débatable ^_^) top tier.
